Quarter Beef Hind Available! $300 Deposit - Approx.$1105 to $1275 Total – 130 to 150lbs ($8.50/lb paper wrapped.  If you want vacuum sealed it is an additional $1/lb)

A $300 deposit is required upon ordering with the remainder of the payment is due upon delivery, or pickup.

We are expecting our hind quarter shares to average 130 to 150 pounds in your freezer and will fit comfortably in a 9-12 cubic feet of freezer.

In a hind quarter share, one can expect, depending on how you wish to have the meat cut up, tenderloin, striploin, top sirloin, tip sirloin, eye of round, round roast, T-bone steaks, Porterhouse steaks, Striploin, Flank, Tip Steak, top steak or round steak.  Organs and bones can be included.
