What is going on at the farm this week (the week of January 20th to the 27th):
The farm stand at 3436 Dwyer Hill Road is now open Friday to Sundays 10am to 4pm.

What is available at the farm stand?
Fruit & Vegetables: Onions (red/yellow), carrots, potatoes (fingerlings/russets/Yukon/Persian Purple/Sweet), beets, cabbage (green/red), apples (empire/Honey crisp), frozen strawberries winter squash (butternut/buttercup/mashed potato/kuri/Black Futsu/spaghetti/), pumpkin (pie/flat stacker), spinach, rosemary, sage.

Meat: Frozen whole chicken (fresh will be available January 23rd), whole frozen turkey, whole frozen rabbit, 6 pack rabbit burgers, 4 pack beef burgers, 10 pack beef burgers, frozen sausage (farmers/brawurts/garlic/rustic pizza/longansia/apple leek and garlic), frozen pork roasts (butt/shoulder/leg/ham), frozen lamb chops (butt/shoulder/sirloin), frozen leg of lamb, frozen lamb shanks |

Looking for beef? Reserve now for February.
We will have sides and quarters of beef available for your freezer for mid February. Our cattle are pasture raised. They are grass-fed and grain finished. Reserve today. All beef shares require a $300 deposit when ordering. The remainder of the payment is due upon delivery or pickup.
All shares will fit comfortably in a 9-12 cubic feet freezer
The pricing is as follows:
Half Beef Available for Purchase! $300 Deposit - Approx.$1350 to $2250 Total – 180 to 300LBS ($7.50/lb paper wrapped. If you want vacuum sealed it is an additional $1/lb)
In a half share, the roasts and steak cuts will be dependent on how you want the beef cut up. Roasts can include tenderloin, eye of round, round, top sirloin, tip sirloin, striploin, prime rib, blade, cross rib and short rib. Steaks depending on how the beef is cut up may include tenderloin, rib, rib-eye, blade, T-bone, porterhouse, striploin, flank, tip sirloin, top sirloin or round. Ground beef and stewing beef are included. If you want the organs and bones, let us know and we can include them.

Quarter Beef Front Available for Purchase! $300 Deposit - Approx.$975 to $1125 Total – 130 to 150lbs ($7.50/lb paper wrapped. If you want vacuum sealed it is an additional $1/lb)

In a quarter front share, one can expect, depending on how you wish to have the meat cut up, rib steak, rib eye steak, blade, steak, prime rib, blade roast, cross rib and short rib. Stewing beef and ground beef are included. Organs and bones can be included if you want.

Quarter Beef Hind Available for Purchase! $300 Deposit - Approx.$1105 to $1275 Total – 130 to 150lbs ($8.50/lb paper wrapped. If you want vacuum sealed it is an additional $1/lb)

In a hind quarter share, one can expect, depending on how you wish to have the meat cut up, tenderloin, striploin, top sirloin, tip sirloin, eye of round, round roast, T-bone steaks, Porterhouse steaks, Striploin, Flank, Tip Steak, top steak or round steak. Organs and bones can be included.

Thursday January 23rd, 2025 we will have fresh chicken available. $6/lb. They will range in size from 5 to 8lbs. Reserves today. Our next batch of fresh chicken will not be until May.
