Side of beef DEPOSIT

Half Beef Available for Purchase! $300 Deposit - Approx.$1440 to $2400 Total – 180 to 300LBS ($8/lb paper wrapped.  If you want vacuum sealed it is an additional $1/lb)

A $300 deposit is required upon ordering with the remainder of the payment is due upon delivery, or pickup.

We are expecting our side shares to average 180-300 pounds in your freezer and will fit comfortably in a 9-12 cubic feet of freezer.

In a half share, the roasts and steak cuts will be dependent on how you want the beef cut up.  Roasts can include tenderloin, eye of round, round, top sirloin, tip sirloin, striploin, prime rib, blade, cross rib and short rib.  Steaks depending on how the beef is cut up may include tenderloin, rib, rib-eye, blade, T-bone, porterhouse, striploin, flank, tip sirloin, top sirloin or round.  Ground beef and stewing beef are included.  If you want the organs and bones, let us know and we can include them.
