Everything one could want for dinner in one dish and all stacked on top of each other.  How good is that?  Shepherd’s pie is basically a casserole with a layer of cooked meat and vegetables, topped with mashed potatoes, and baked in the oven until the mashed potatoes are well browned.  Thaw or cook from frozen.  375F for 40-45 minutes from frozen.
