Quarter beef (Front) DEPOSIT

Quarter Beef Front Available for Purchase! $300 Deposit - Approx.$975 to $1125 Total – 130 to 150lbs ($7.5/lb paper wrapped.  If you want vacuum sealed it is an additional $1/lb)

A $300 deposit is required upon ordering with the remainder of the payment is due upon delivery, or pickup.

We are expecting our front quarter shares to average 130 to 150 pounds in your freezer and will fit comfortably in a 9-12 cubic feet of freezer.

In a quarter front share, one can expect, depending on how you wish to have the meat cut up, rib steak, rib eye steak, blade, steak, prime rib, blade roast, cross rib and short rib.  Stewing beef and ground beef are included.  Organs and bones can be included if you want.
